インド系IT/BPO企業-Japan RM Lead (Clients' Relationship)
1. This position will report directly to the Global Account Clients’ Relationship Leader of Asia; 2. This individual will be assigned several Global Accounts to handle independently. 3. Main objective is to lead the organic growth of the assigned account through account mining; 4. Manage the governance structure for assigned Global Account and take lead to monitor governance meetings; 5. Facilitate and host customer visits and customer locations; 6. Collect, maintain and update pipeline information and status in system along with deal tracker spreadsheet; 7. Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (China and Global teams) for customer updates and working on specific deals; 8. Prepare marketing promotion and documentation for meetings by developing high quality presentation materials, etc; 9. Complete project analysis and industry research;

To realize strategic objective, business development department is to be the pioneer and welcome more professional marketing and business development talents. ------------------------------------ 1. Achieving sales target. 2. Create strategic business proposals and develop business opportunities and customers in Japan market of BPO/ITO/BPR/Consulting Services; 3. Driving the discussion with customer executives about business cooperation; independently provide consulting to customers; 4. Coordinate Operations and Function to deliver projects and close customer deals.
